When you submit the quote form we collect the service you are enquiring about, your name, phone number, email address, your vehicle make and model, your suburb, the times that suit you, and anything you write in the note field.

We do not collect payment details through this website, and we do not ask for identity documents.

Why We Collect It

Your details are used for one purpose: so Niah or Ben can contact you about your enquiry, quote the work and arrange a booking. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

How It Is Stored

Quote enquiries are sent to our customer management system, where they are held so we can respond to you and keep a record of the work discussed. Access is limited to the business.

Cookies And Analytics

This site does not set its own tracking cookies. It may use the Meta Pixel to measure visits and enquiries from advertising, which Meta records under its own privacy policy. Videos and images on the site are served from this website.

Your Choices
